Alocasia Jacklyn (Alocasia sulawesi sp.) is a newly discovered plant in the aroid family. Native to Indonesia, it's thought to be a mutation of another species, Alocasia portei. This attractive tropical plant is known for vivid green foliage marked with fine dark lines. Deep lobes give each leaf the shape of a stag's head.

Light: Medium to bright shade.
Water: Keep slightly moist, water when soil surface feels dry, Alocasia do not like to dry out. High humidity and regular watering will help this plant thrive.
Pets: TOXIC

Stunning

I’m so happy to make Jacklyn apart of my alocasia family. Polly, Dolly and the gang are thrilled to have Jacklyn in the house. This is a very easy plant to care for. She loves to enjoy the sunshine in the morning and then she is fine with it direct light for the rest of the day. Like her sisters she prefers to wait til the top soil is fully dry before watering. Currently it’s may in Florida so all the plants are receiving more water than in the winter months. And since I am Irish her deep hunter green leaves are a lovely bonus.
